When we decided to invest in NanaWall’s custom sliding glass doors, we expected flawless, high-end aesthetics that would enhance the beauty of our home. Unfortunately, what we got was the exact opposite. From the moment the panels were installed, it was clear something wasn’t right—each panel had a prominent 12-inch foggy streak running down the glass.
It was impossible to ignore. The streak wasn’t a subtle, occasional blemish—it was a permanent eyesore, catching the light and standing out in sharp contrast to the clear glass. Every time the sun hit the panels, the defect was glaring. We’d hoped for a sleek, modern look, but instead, we were left with a daily reminder of the product’s failure to meet the premium standard that NanaWall promises.
Despite reaching out to NanaWall for a resolution, they were slow to respond, and when replacements were finally provided, the new panels had the same problem. Zac Lerma, the Central Installation Manager, repeatedly dismissed the defect as insignificant and placed the blame elsewhere, refusing to acknowledge the seriousness of the issue. Each replacement panel had the same foggy streak in nearly the exact same place, pointing to a clear manufacturing flaw that NanaWall simply wouldn’t admit.
The disappointment only grew with each new panel, as our vision of a beautiful, seamless glass installation was shattered by this ongoing aesthetic nightmare. Instead of enhancing our home’s look, NanaWall’s product became a daily frustration.
